I’m sensuous, adventurous, and loving – why wouldn’t I want to be a Playboy model?” Now years and several features later, Shantal is still happy to be checking goals off her list — she does have aspirations outside of modeling, too. “I’m going to be a pediatrician, no matter how long it takes,” she says. “People look at me and see a hot blonde, but there is so much more to me than that.
