Sonya is Polish, well-travelled, and now living by the Baltic Sea in Germany. The cold, fresh air feels good to her, she says; for both the body and the mind. She talks about growing up near the coast in northern Poland, her love of swimming, nature walks, jogging and fitness, and her friends in Rostock. One thing she has never experienced?
