In 1971, at age 27, she became the oldest Playmate of the Year thus far and remained so for 15 years, until Miss May 1985 Kathy Shower became Playmate of the Year 1986 at age 33. Clark started appearing in movies and on TV in the late 1970s and showed her nudity in “Lifeguard” (1976). She was also a Bunny at the Playboy Club in St. Louis.
